The Leadership Platform
Course Module
The Leadership Platform focuses on cultivating and developing a foundation upon which new and emerging leaders can build their competencies. Participants will explore the qualities and behaviours of successful leaders, identify their own leadership qualities and develop strategies to implement and strengthen performance. The Leadership Platform also dives into the relationship between leadership and organisational culture and provides practical, effective tools to create positive results.
