Learning Outcomes

On completion of the Leadership Processes module, participants will be equipped to;
  • Develop strategies for effectively managing tasks and the time dedicated to integral elements of leadership and development
  • Prioritise tasks to ensure the important things are given the attention they require
  • Discover and adopt efficient and effective planning tools which allow for the evolving leader to demonstrate greater control of their day, week and month
  • Understand the value and impact of ‘Deep Work’
  • Further develop effective communication skills, allowing the leader to construct meaningful and memorable messages
  • Learn how to overcome barriers and challenges to effective communication
  • Explore various decision-making models, allowing the leader to make better and more informed decisions
  • Undertake learning activities and a research project which supports and reinforces lessons from each chapter
