It’s worth remembering the saying, “Great things take a long time, while bad things happen quickly.”

Construction began on the amazing Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, in the year 1163, and was not completed until 1345. In stark (and saddening) contrast, on the 15th April 2019, much of the cathedral was destroyed by fire.

Creating meaningful and impactful habits, designed to bring about positive change, can also take time. However, with the insights of researcher and author Hal Elrod, we can make an immediate start on creating an environment in which we can achieve positive things.
